Female Yoga Classes

Yoga focuses on your body’s natural tendency toward health and self-healing. Its purpose is to create strength, awareness, and harmony in both the mind and body. While there are many types of yoga, most sessions typically include breathing exercises, meditation, and assuming postures that stretch and flex various muscle groups.

For 15 years, Al Madina has run sessions for ladies who meet in the week to engage in therapeutic activity which has helped them both physically and mentally. A hugely successful and rewarding project, sometimes seen more as a means to get together, chat and let off steam.

As part of the development of this discipline, Al Madina also caters for the more serious yoga enthusiast with an advanced class held twice a week for children and adults.

Sessions have allowed mothers and daughters to engage with one another helping improve relationships and solidify already existing ones.

Female Yoga Sessions Every Sunday at 12:30pm-1:30pm.

Meet The Instructors

Dina Bavisi

Dina Bavisi

Hi my name is Dina! I am an experienced and compassionate yoga and meditation teacher specialising with focus on breath work. I have trained traditionally in India with the Patanjali Yogpeeth Indian Institute.

I have also trained with Radiant Child Yoga and have delivered classes for children from preschool age all the way through to my much loved senior classes. Aside from Yoga, I also give health and well being talks.

As a teacher I like to be flexible and adapt according to the needs of my students. I strive to bring the healing power of yoga, meditation and breath work to as many people as possible. Passionate about helping people to heal and restore health, I welcome the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life.
